The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. This position is full time, non-exempt (hourly/non-exempt). Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Responsibilities/Skills/Duties:Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areasAssist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartmentAssist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and securedParticipate in the apartment make ready process as neededOperate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelinesAbide by OSHA standardsAdditional duties as assignedQualifications/Experience Requirements:Ability to light manual labor and duties included abovePrevious Grounds keeping experience preferredCustomer service orientedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsQualifications/Experience Requirements: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
