Description:

The Restaurant Server will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according Hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. He/she will collect payments and assist in the maintenance of the Restaurant area and equipment. Potential Career Paths:F&B Supervisor F&B Manager Director of Food and Beverage-Director of Operations General Manager - VP of Food & Beverage Key Duties & Responsibilities: Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Collect payments from customers. Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
