Job Details

To provide proactive public safety and security services at any assigned General Health System facility. Performs the role of Public Safety/ Security Dispatcher and/or Team Leader, when assigned. Responds to all alarms, requests for security assistance, and situations involving combative persons. Investigates and documents all safety and security related issues as assigned, to include incidents of crime that may have occurred within GHS facilities. Conducts thorough internal and external patrols (both on foot and in vehicle) and adheres to all departmental procedures and policies as outlined. Collaborates with law enforcement, fire, or medical personnel, as required, to help ensure the utmost safety of all patients, visitors, and staff.
