The Spine Hospital of Louisiana seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. The Maintenance Technician II will maintain the hospital's physical plant and ensure all equipment functions safely and efficiently. This individual will work closely with our facilities management team to ensure that the hospital's infrastructure supports delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include the following:Perform routine maintenance on hospital equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Maintain and repair hospital infrastructure, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs.
