About this Job The Division of Administrative Law is Louisiana's centralized administrative hearings panel. When disputes arise between certain state agencies and the people and entities they regulate, administrative law judges at DAL provide fair, prompt, an orderly adjudication. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies: Core Competencies: Accepting Direction: The ability to accept and follow directions from those higher in the chain of command.
