Leads the analytics function for the Business & Economic Development department to improve execution and drive growth in the Entergy Louisiana (ELL) service territory. Serve as a central point of contact for requests for data and information regarding ELLs managed industrial accounts. Support 11 account executives and Director, Industrial Accounts, with portfolios representing approximately 100 large industrial customers and hundreds of individual accounts. Design and deploy systems and process for data accuracy, access, and reporting for the Industrial Accounts team, which assists in securing new and retained AGM.
