Door and Siding Specialist

Job Summary:
Window World is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Door and Siding Specialist to
support our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing door and siding
orders from initial entry through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear
communication with vendors and internal departments. This position plays a critical role in
coordinating materials, tracking project progress, and supporting both residential and commercial
operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Review and process various door and siding product orders with precision
 Enter and maintain accurate project data in company systems
 Monitor project timelines and update job statuses using internal tracking tools and reports
 Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm delivery dates and order details
 Assist with calculating product costs, taxes, and applicable rebates
 Analyze margin reports to assist in pricing decisions and identify areas for improvement
 Coordinate reorders and returns, ensuring clear communication across departments
 Assist with preparing bids and maintaining commercial project trackers
 Process documentation for state or regional sales programs as needed
 Support sales team with information requests and assist in coordinating company vehicle
purchases
 Maintain internal schedules and departmental trackers to ensure organization and
consistency
 Prepare and distribute invoices, particularly for commercial clients
 Request quotes and manage product orders across multiple locations
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support progress on company-wide quarterly
initiatives

Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
 Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry systems
 Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and management
 Experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role preferred
 Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
 Knowledge of construction, home improvement, or building materials is a plus, but not
required-training provided
