What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and motivate a large team
• Oversee full operations, including hiring, scheduling, inventory, and team culture
• Manage labor and food costs with a strong understanding of P&L and key performance metrics
• Accurately forecast and prepare for both walk-in and pre-order volume, especially during seasonal peaks
• Ensure consistent execution of high-quality products and guest service
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume quick-service, fast-casual, or food-focused retail
• Excellent communication, organization, and people-development skills
• A community-minded leader who leads with positivity and purpose
