Job Overview

This role supports Talent Management (TM) programs by partnering with TM team members, HR Business Partners, Operational Leaders, and Stakeholders to advance organizational talent strategies. Responsibilities include educating and consulting on talent projects such as Employee and Physician Engagement, Performance Management, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, and Leadership Development. The role also involves delivering orientation initiatives to communicate the organization's mission, vision, values, and expectations.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Training & Development, or related field.

Work Experience: At least 3 years in adult training, talent management, or organizational development, including supporting development programs and using adult learning approaches. Experience supporting organizational effectiveness and deploying learning programs from design to deployment. Experience with vendors, technology, and methodologies. Preferred: experience in a complex, multi-site organization and supporting work outcomes in a matrix environment.

Certifications: Preferred certifications include CPLP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, 360-degree feedback, or coaching certifications.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent instructional, consultation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Data entry and retrieval skills.
  • Customer service orientation, project management, and adaptability.
  • Analytical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop inclusive and diverse learning programs.

Job Duties

  • Consult with stakeholders effectively.
  • Facilitate engaging TM initiatives (orientations, leader onboarding, workforce training, focus groups).
  • Manage activities related to onboarding and orientation.
  • Conduct talent needs assessments.
  • Create curricula supporting TM initiatives.
  • Assess and evaluate program success.
  • Provide coaching, 360s, and mentoring as needed.

Physical and Environmental Demands
