System Administrator - Tier 2 SupportGovCIO is currently hiring for a remote System Administrator - Tier 2 Support with an active Secret clearance in support of our DEA Bluestone program.ResponsibilitiesServe as an escalation point for the field service customer support professionals that are onsite supporting over 300 customer sites with approximately 18,000 users worldwide.Provide top-level customer support to users as well as field service personnel.QualificationsBachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of IT administration support experience (or commensurate experience).Active Secret clearance required.Experience with:Network access (remote and local)File access/restoreiPhone setupO365/M365 Email accessMicrosoft Office ApplicationsActive Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNSPrinter/Plotter SetupiDRAC (local and remote server management)Backup systemsCommvaultVPN TechnologiesZscalerCitrix VDIVMware, ESXi, vCenter ServerCompany OverviewGovCIO is a team of transformers—people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
