The Workforce Development Coordinator creates, manages, and executes a variety of workforce development programs designed to address healthcare workforce retention and employee engagement. Responsibilities include promoting workforce pipeline development (internships), internal career pathways, developing employee training, workforce retention initiatives (mentoring), procurement of related grant funding, and education-related reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field required. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of related experience as a recruiter or workforce/talent development professional required. Adult Education experience preferred. Clinical or healthcare background preferred.
