Cybersecurity & Privacy - Cybersecurity Engineering Operational Technology - Senior - Consulting

Join us at EY as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer in our Cybersecurity & Privacy team, focusing on Operational Technology (OT). This role is based anywhere in the country, offering opportunities to work on complex cybersecurity challenges in a rapidly evolving OT environment.

In this position, you will design, develop, and manage innovative cybersecurity solutions, primarily focusing on OT and network security. Your responsibilities include leading technical discussions, developing security architectures, and guiding project delivery to protect client assets and infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions
• Participate in and potentially lead client sessions and workstreams
• Identify service opportunities and contribute to proposals
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and budgets

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years of experience
• Knowledge of security standards such as NIST CSF, ISA62443, and experience with OT cybersecurity assessments
• Proficiency in network security, threat hunting, and system administration
• Effective communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
• Willingness to travel 40-60% and hold a valid driver's license and passport

Preferred skills

• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, GICSP
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Knowledge of industrial protocols and security architectures
