THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

You are an experienced Operations Leader with a proven track record in managing high-pressure distribution networks, achieving shipping targets, and leveraging data for decision-making. You believe in the power of people to drive growth and are excited to support Dr. Martens' expansion in the Americas region.

THE GIG

  • Develop and maintain logistics infrastructure aligned with the 5-year strategic plan for omni-channel growth in the Americas.
  • Strengthen the distribution team to support regional growth with motivated, proficient staff.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners to optimize contract value.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs with internal and external partners.
  • Address business risks related to logistics operations in the region.
  • Ensure operational performance meets KPI targets across distribution sites.
  • Engage with internal partners and channel heads on logistics topics.
  • Innovate processes and share best practices to meet cost targets.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and share knowledge globally.
  • Support global logistics initiatives and manage repair and returns processes.
  • Maintain cost efficiency and sustainability targets across distribution networks.

YOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES

At Dr. Martens, we value integrity, professionalism, passion, and teamwork. The following qualities are essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least five years in senior operations management.
  • Experience in 3PL contract management, preferably in retail.
  • Decisive, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Change agent capable of driving process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~20%).

PAY DETAILS

  • Annual salary of $180,000, with variations based on experience and location.
