What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with our company's mission and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainable practices into operations.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor progress and success.
• Manage ESG reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Engage with external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Communicate sustainability efforts and progress to internal and external audiences.
• Stay informed on global sustainability trends and best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of ESG factors and their business impacts.
• Experience integrating ESG principles in a corporate environment.
• Experience with scope emissions data analysis and reporting, including collaboration with external measurement providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
