KPMG is seeking a Manager for Procurement to join our Global Procurement Group, part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities:

1. Support development of category strategies and annual plans for high-value, complex, and high-risk categories, such as Business/Professional Services – Contingent Labor.
2. Negotiate contractual terms, statements of work (SOW), pricing, service levels, and agreements for assigned categories.
3. Research and consolidate procurement activities across KPMGI and member firms, identifying opportunities and risks.
4. Support stakeholder demand planning and reporting, fostering stakeholder engagement.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Global Procurement.
6. Maintain expertise and stay updated on industry, market, and supplier trends.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of recent procurement experience, including at least three years in strategic sourcing within contingent labor or business/professional services procurement.
2. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
3. Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
4. Commercial and contractual acumen, with ability to draft, negotiate, and execute contracts.
5. Understanding of supplier management, including technical, commercial, and compliance aspects.
