The Challenge

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Adobe's leadership in digital transformation while advancing your career in a high-impact environment. As a Sr. Implementation Consultant, you will deliver consulting services for Adobe's top-tier clients, ensuring successful implementation of Adobe Workfront and related platforms.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience assessing, designing, and executing work management solutions, with a focus on driving measurable results. Knowledge of the broader content supply chain, including campaign planning, content creation, workflow optimization, review and approval processes, enterprise DAM & content management, and platforms like Campaign, Marketo, Target, AJO, and AEP, is highly desirable. Travel up to 20% is required.

Duties

1. Design and configure enterprise-level business process solutions using Workfront.
2. Align Workfront with other Adobe products in the content supply chain.
3. Increase adoption of Workfront to solve client problems and enhance business value.
4. Lead strategic implementations and develop solution designs.
5. Create project plans, design documents, templates, and reports.
6. Deliver high-quality consulting services for implementation and go-live success.
7. Serve as a SME for business process workflows and configurations.
8. Mentor and support clients, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree and business process consulting experience.
2. 5+ years of experience with Workfront as an onsite consultant.
3. Understanding of Adobe suite products like AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target, etc.
4. Proven success delivering solutions for large enterprise organizations.
5. Experience in change management methodologies preferred.
6. Ability to develop and document business processes.
7. High technical aptitude, experience with API integrations, migrations, and enhancements.
8. Proficiency with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations.
9. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
10. Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
11. Leadership skills to drive adoption and manage complexity.
12. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Salary ranges from $133,400 to $240,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Adobe offers comprehensive benefits and incentives, including potential long-term incentives and equity awards.
