Description:

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue goals.
  2. Overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  3. Leading the sales department to ensure accurate forecasting of bookings and costs.
  4. Building relationships with clients, prospects, and industry consultants to generate new business.
  5. Mentoring and guiding the Sales & Marketing team to promote professional development.
  6. Collaborating with senior leadership on sales objectives, resource allocation, and KPI evaluation.
  7. Representing the company at external meetings, conferences, and internal functions.
  8. Traveling as needed to client sites, industry events, and leadership meetings.

Qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 10 years in software sales with financial management exposure.
  3. Minimum of 5 years leading a sales team.
  4. Proven leadership and sales growth record.
  5. Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
  6. Willingness and ability to travel.
