EisnerAmper is seeking a Consulting Manager to support our clients' AI journeys. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI, along with a strong product management background and a proven record in delivering product strategy and impactful solutions across complex portfolios. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships and tailor engagements to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Lead client engagements by conducting discovery, developing strategies, and delivering solutions while managing relationships at all levels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of solution discovery frameworks, AI market trends, and AI tools across various industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Work with partner teams to deliver extended value and address broader AI initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and foster collaboration within the team.
  • Identify and communicate risks associated with delivery.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors.
  • Occasionally work extended hours or travel to different office or client locations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in product strategy, development, or lifecycle management.
  • 2+ years of experience integrating GenAI into solutions.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in technology development environments.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise environments.
  • Ability to manage complex portfolios and align outcomes with client goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Knowledge of business and enterprise architecture across platforms.
