Responsibilities: * Please note: This position is for a Live-In caregiver, where you will live in a client's home for 7 days at a time. If you are interested in hourly care, please see our other job posting. * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. * Create a safe and supportive environment for clients. * Foster meaningful connections with clients by engaging in conversation and companionship. * Maintain accurate records of care provided. Work Schedule: * Shifts will be structured as 7 days on, 7 days off - rotating. Caregiver needs to be able to stay the full 7 days for weeks that they are working, except in limited situations. * Caregivers will work 8-10 active service hours per day, staggered at intervals over 11-13 hour awake period over work week as requested. Hours may vary. * Caregivers will have a private room to sleep in and be available to assist client overnight if needed, while receiving adequate sleep time. * Scheduled breaks for meals and personal time.
