Were hiring a Process Safety Management (PSM) Leader who will be responsible for the PSM activities of our Baton Rouge, LA operations site and will report to the site Plant Manager. In addition, you will have PSM oversight of our Norco, LA site as well. The Process Safety Leader will be responsible for both plants process safety initiatives playing a critical role in leading and driving business and operational objectives to include EHS, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Effectiveness. You will partner and advise engineering and operations staffs on all elements of Process Safety Management including but not limited to PHA/ LOPA, , risk assessment, , process safety training, incident investigation, root cause analysis, audits, management of change, and corrective action management. This role requires working onsite in Baton Rogue with the option of working a 5 x 80 or 9 x 80 work schedule.
