Location: Baton Rouge, LA | Compensation: $56,000–$66,000 (based on experience)

🌟 The Opportunity: Paraplanner 🌟

You'll be stepping into a dynamic, friendly, fast-paced environment where your work has real impact. You'll partner directly with financial advisors to support the heart of what we do: serving families and individuals through excellent planning, advice, and follow-through.


Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Financial Planning & Investment Strategy (60%)

  • Preparing planning scenarios and initial product recommendations
  • Creating charts, visuals, and financial summaries to support client meetings
  • Assisting with portfolio construction and product research aligned with client goals
  • Keeping an eye on risk tolerance and time horizon to guide investment approaches


Client Care & Business Operations (40%)

  • Acting as a friendly point of contact during the planning process
  • Managing CRM updates, appointment scheduling, and meeting prep
  • Attending client meetings and providing timely follow-ups
  • Coordinating with our home office for smooth onboarding and issue resolution
  • Helping with events, communications, and relationship-building efforts
