Promote the philosophy, mission and objectives of Nexion Health Management, Inc. within all areas of daily operations. Establish financial and program goals for the community . Monitor and manage monthly budget. Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff. Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to properly execute community programs and services. Ensure that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards ; and ensure that all services comply with state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement gui delines. Follow regulatory guidelines for reporting incidents to the proper company and agency authorities . All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications : Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator . 3 years of administrator experience is preferred. Bachelors degree or equivalent is required.
