Responsible for the oversight of Distribution Operations Centers (DOC) serving all Distribution areas in the state. Manage DOC performance to ensure restoration and information service levels are achieving safety and service excellence. Oversee SCADA Switching Operations to ensure safe compliance for all operational areas. Target ZERO Switching errors/incidents. Ensure the DOC constantly obtains and provides outage information to the CSC and other customer contact personnel - including executive reporting. JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the direction and supervision of DOC staff in all Operations Centers Answers and coordinates inbound questions, from internal and external customers, regarding outage status. Promote and ensure safe work practices for all office employees and support our safety efforts via communication to our field employees.
