Job Details

Seeking an experienced construction professional with extensive knowledge of industrial insulation/coatings for a Project Manager role with a well-established organization in Baton Rouge, LA. The Project Manager will also be heavily involved in estimating potential projects.

This direct hire, permanent role requires physical presence in the office roughly 60% of the time with the other 40% spent at job sites in the area. Includes comprehensive employee benefits including generous vehicle allowance (or use of company vehicle).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of THREE YEARS project management experience in a construction-related role
• Minimum of TWO YEARS working with industrial insulation/coatings in some capacity
• Estimating experience strongly preferred
• Role requires a STRONG COMMUNICATOR that can be responsive and organized at all times
• Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (mix of experience and other education also acceptable)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
• A fast learner that can succeed in a rapidly changing environment would be ideal
