JOB TITLE: Information Security Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Customize, validate, administer and support a variety of enterprise-wide information security platforms, systems, frameworks and applications, based on requirements provided by management.
- Produce implementation plans, assessments, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Validate vulnerabilities while reviewing for false positives.
Minimum Requirements:
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Applicant must have prior experience with large-scale state Enterprise Architecture systems serving multiple governmental agencies.
- Applicant must have experience in an Enterprise Architecture environment comprised of various components.
- Applicant must be familiar with how the various components of an Enterprise Architecture integrate.
- Applicant must have a general understanding and experience with the following EA component or similar technology:
- Broadcom Identity Manager for Consumers and Business Users, Identity Suite, Single Sign On - Security integration product; includes access management, directory services integration capability, and identity management (IAM/SSO)
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Applicant should have at least six (6) years experience performing these duties in large-scale Enterprise Architecture environments.
- Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with the following EA components or similar technologies:
- Nutanix/Dell - Hyper-converged computing with compute, storage and virtualization consolidated into a single appliance.
- VxRail - Hyper-converged computing with compute, storage and virtualization consolidated into a single appliance.
- ESXi - VMware.
- vCenter - VMware.
- NSX - VMware.
- SRM - VMware.
- Microsoft Windows Server - Standard OS for Windows.
- RedHat Enterprise Linux - Standard OS for Linux.
- MS SQL Server 2014 - Enterprise Database/Storage Engine.
- Nagios - Infrastructure monitoring/alerting.
- NewRelic APM - Application performance monitoring.
- NewRelic Infrastructure - Infrastructure Monitoring.
- NewRelic Browser - Browser performance monitoring and analytics.
- Octopus Deploy - Continuous Deployment and Delivery.
- Puppet Enterprise - DevOps/Automation.
- Splunk - Operational Intelligence.
- Veracode - Static Code Analysis.
