In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an entry level Package Consultant at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint solution suite, to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you are ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:

1. Assisting clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages
2. Making strategic recommendations and leveraging business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
3. Running or supporting workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
4. Developing process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios
5. Using IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client's challenges

Basic understanding of supply chain management and warehousing process.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Basic understanding of supply chain management concepts, techniques, and practices
• Exposure to ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, and/or SharePoint
• Effective communication, organization, interpersonal, collaboration, and project management skills
• A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
• Openness to assist clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Candidate should be willing to learn Excel, SAP, ADO, or JIRA.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part-time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
