As a Preschool Gymnastics Department Leader, you are responsible for all things preschool gymnastics. You will lead and train our Little Hoppers teachers, utilizing our child-centered procedures and methods. You will be an integral part of our team, having an impact on staff and class management, growth and development of the team, safety, and community outreach. You should be someone who has a passion for working with children while also being highly organized, dependable, and open to feedback. As a Little Hoppers Department Leader, you will teach classes as well as lead your staff.
We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves families and being around people. We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a full-time position that requires afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.
