Job Details

Manage DCI's wastewater pretreatment and compliance program in a manner that ensures compliance with governmental regulations, permits and directives. Direct the activities of DCI's industrial pretreatment analytical laboratory programs. Develop documents for wastewater permit applications and regulatory reporting. Develop and implement compliance management systems for Federal and State discharge permits. Plan and develop long-term wastewater operational strategies. Work with operations to develop Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans on different types of wastewater pretreatment systems. Research and develop studies related to emerging pollutants (i.e. PFAS) and regulatory strategies that address these pollutants. Responsible for verifying that facilities are performing proper wastewater sampling, permit reviews and compliance. Develop and maintain wastewater discharge tracking logs.
