Marucci Sports is looking for a Sanding and Finishing Specialist! You will be responsible for sanding wooden baseball bats to the quality specifications laid out by the company. Position Responsibilities:Sanding wooden baseball bats by hand. Implementing quality control methods to meet the high standards set by the company. Technique to sand wooden baseball bats by hand. Set-up and maintain work areas and maintain equipment in accordance to safety procedures. Maintain clean work areas, tool repair, and equipment inventory. Inspect sand jobs and materials, adjusting practices to ensure quality work. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
