Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with traditional Grocery Channel Retailers in the Northeast.
  • Manage broker networks to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure inventory, logistics, and customer needs are met.
  • Design and oversee promotional, expense, and marketing budgets.
  • Provide market insights on pricing, availability, and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support sales strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:
  • Strong background in sales and marketing within the grocery retail sector.
  • Extensive experience managing broker relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Well-established industry relationships with national retail accounts and major distributors.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, general accounting, and trade promotion tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours as needed.
