Gatorworks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director (manager) to lead and develop our sales team. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with key clients, setting and executing sales strategies, and mentoring and developing team members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in the digital marketing industry. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, personable, capable, and driven.
Please note: This is NOT a remote position. We have a hybrid work culture, and the expectation is that this position will be in our office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
