The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team including payroll support, talent acquisition, new employee onboarding, and employee/labor relations. HR Administrative Assistant Essential Job Functions:Coordinate and assist with local administration of talent acquisition activities, as well as new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Process payroll using Kronos timekeeping system. Pull HR related reports, submit forms, and other HR-related activities. Compose routine letters, templates, and memoranda, and assist with site-based communications (newsletters, town halls, etc.)Maintain confidential records and files. Research a wide variety of information requests independently.
