Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician A to perform maintenance and repairs throughout our facility in Walker, LA.

Shift: Full-Time l Sunday-Wednesday 6:00AM-4:30PM 4:10s

Pay: $25.00-30.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

* Perform routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, and assist with inspections and tours of the facilities

* Maintain interior and exterior property by painting and remodeling, building, installing, and assembling furniture

* Monitor and maintain detailed records of activities, amenities, and modifications

* Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks

* Communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary

* Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience

* Valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles

Preferred Education and Experience:

* Technical School Certification
