Description:

Marucci Sports is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and courteous customer support and service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. As a key point of contact, the Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages, offering guidance and support in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Duties:

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years' related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
