LA Health and Rehab Center is looking to hire a Full Time Childcare Workers to join our team!

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Childcare Worker to work from 8a to 2pm, Monday-Friday. This individual will be responsible for developing, planning and overseeing daily activities. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children.

Essential Job Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum using academic indicators. Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Use a wide range of teaching methods (Stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc.) to enhance the child's abilities
• Evaluate children's performance to make sure they are in the right learning track
• Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their child(ren)
• Observe children's interactions and identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
• Adhere with daycare standards and safety regulations as established by the company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a child care worker
• Patience, flexibility, and love for children
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must have a clean background check, driving record and pass the drug screen
