In this position, you will

  • Take inbound calls and inputting client information into CRM.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of CRM to develop a trusted relationship with our clients.
  • Schedule appointments, communicate and support technicians.
  • Take initiative to elevate the client experience, quickly resolve situations and focus on resolution.

This role is a strong fit if you have

  • 2-5 years customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multi task and handle high volume work load.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
